HSCL tutorial for Human Subjects Protection
This computer-based training program was designed by the NIH for investigators in their intramural programs. The NIH allows institutions to modify this training for their own use.

HIPAA in research at the Lawrence campus
If your application involves the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information by a Covered Entity or Covered Component of the University, all study personnel will be required to complete HIPAA training before project approval will be granted.

You will not receive credit for completing this tutorial until you complete the form at the end of the tutorial.

You must enter your name, contact information and employee id in order for the HSCL office to process the completion of the tutorial.
